I placed the order on a Saturday…
I placed the order on a Saturday morning. It was for my dog and he died about 2 hrs later. I tried to cancel the order but their sales dept is closed on weekends. I DID get a notice that the order shipped that day. I had to wait until I got the item then return it. You can't cancel an order on their website.
