Price gouging
I placed an order back in August of this year I got catheters for $0.50 apiece my prescription is with this company I go to a place a new order today to find that the price is now $1.12 per each catheter they tell me they cannot match the guarantee price guarantee that they advertise on their web page I can go to a multitude of companies all over the country and find the catheters for $0.47 to $0.50 apiece yet they tell me there's nothing they can do about it because the company's gone up on them how is it that they can't be competitive with everybody else what a joke this company is a total complete waste of my time thanks for nothing
