Medical-E-shop did a good job…
Medical-E-shop did a good job delivering my Alief PO # P367556 recently. However, there was NO packing slip with the delivery. We like to have packing slips, they help.

We love the mattress
We love the mattress. BUT it was NOT as the email showed. I called the Co and sent them the email I got and NEVER did hear back from them..

Good price but product shipped from a different location
The price was the best I could find on the internet but I was disappointed after ordering when I learned the product was to be shipped from a different location entirely. It would have been nice to know that before I purchased as I was hoping to have the product in hand a bit sooner. Overall the delivery was relatively fast but I was hoping to have it in hand 2-3 days after the order. It took 6 days.

The website is easy to navigate and I was able to find all the accessories I needed for my order. The prices for the items I needed are the best online. BUT.. I don't love all the emails. My inbox has too many messages, not really pertaining to my order. "Thank you for visiting our website". Thank you for your order" "Order details to follow". Sorting through all the messages is annoying.
