Efficient, qualified, easy to work with.

Our recording group was looking for a cost-effective way to produce our CDs and, while we had used a different service in my home state in Minnesota, we happily discovered MediaXpress, whose work is every bit as good and whose prices are way lower. The fact that they allow for orders as low as 25 is ideal for us, because we don't always want a minimum of 100, as other outfits require. Our only peeve, and it is small indeed, is that packaging is a little on the cheap side, but, considering the cost and the fact that it does not impact the quality of their work, it is not enough to stop us from continuing to order from them.

They did a fantastic job with my DVD art and duplication! They even sent me a sample of my project prior to printing. Delivered on time and every bit of what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them for your media project!

I have been very pleased with my experiences with Media Xpress and will continue to order from them. My only reservation at all is that their online design tools are not as user friendly or flexible as I would like. But the customer service more than makes up for it, and the final products are great.

The orders I placed were just as expected, and when I was mistakenly overcharged for shipping by their automated system, they notified me directly and gave a prompt refund of the difference, without my having to go out of my way to request it. The csr was extremely helpful on the phone.
