It's nothing short of amazing. The picture of me and my beloved on a blank disc, as it was designed by me, soon going to be burned and handed to friends and family as wedding favors. It builds up to part of the excitement that my wedding is turning out to be. I appreciate this, and now, MediaXpress have a loyal customer for the moment... and hopefully, God-wiiling, a future employee/freelance graphic designer contractor. HAHAHAHAHA!

Once the order is placed, there is confusion as to where the appropriate file should be uploaded. I had to upload twice because the middle man that asked for the uploading and declared himself satisfied, disappeared from view in the last step and the system asked me to upload again. The link with Paypal is not smooth, as if the seller was afraid of promoting the paypal alternative to credit card. I did not want to release credit card information in a blanket form as requested to do and that required a nice lady to intervene by email. No problem per se here, but that is an unecessary overhead for your company. The DVDs received were perfectly printed and so I am satisfied with the work done and will order again. This confusion is typical of web sites written by half amateurs that do not test properly their own cooking. Hopefully It will improve with time.

I've ordered some blank printed DVD media with MediaXpress and couldn't be happier with what i received. Granted, my print job was not overly complex, but printing quality was very good, colors and sizes were true to expectations and the service was very fast. Great for smaller quantities too. I'll definitely use them again.

Seems to be a smaller company but that turned out to be a plus, not an issue. They were on-time and provided a great product. Exceeded my expectations. Would buy from them again.
