I ordered 100 discs when I only needed 88 because it was cheaper to do so. I had issues with burning although. I had 15 discs error out during the process using my duplicater. I was able to print on my own discs for the three I needed so it worked out. I thought it might be the duplicater so after just having another project to burn about 50 discs I used our normal falcon media DVDs and had zero error out. I'm concerned about the quality of DVDs from media express.

Very good service. The website is a little clunky and I didn't understand that a pdf was not acceptable. I thought it was but must have overlooked that in the instructions. But once I got the right graphics to them they did everything as they said they would in the time frame they advertised. I was very happy with the quick turn=around and the product quality! Excellent!

Interaction with graphics dept was excellent at beginning of process but request to sound duplication dept went unanswered. The final CD digi pak had a mistake in graphic image that did not appear in my proof of same and sound reproduction of mastered CD was not as crisp as my original. Neither mistake was a deal breaker considering the reasonable cost for everything but had the graphic error been worse I would have returned all for a redo. For sure get a proof of everything and pray.

I am very thankful for media feedback on opinion and factors of how media is really all about. No bull or misleading our traffic on line media observers and knowledgeable peers in power of better tomorrow.
