I received great service from Rudy. All of my questions were answered and product was ordered however I would recommend not sending out a rating until we receive the product.

Placed an order on the 30th of June and didn't get any type of shipping update the next day or on the 3rd of June. Sent an email asking if they had it in stock as I needed it asap and that if they didnt I would need the order canceled. Never replied my question or that email, just canceled and refunded the order shortly after (got the paypal refund email and theirs). Very rude if you ask me, def made me feel like my business was not wanted.

I found Rudy, the sales rep. I worked with to be very helpful and knowledgeable of his product.
