Everything seemed ok over the phone. Nice guy to talk to but then everything went south from there. Communication is non existent. No one will answer the phone, email or return a call. I honestly believe this “mechanicoutlet” is a scam and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Sad to see companies operate or lack there of, in this manner. Update: I had to call the credit company to dispute the charge, of which i never approved. Still no contact from Rudy after multiple times reaching out to him. The main number does not work. Seems very sketchy to me. Not good business practices. Dropped my credit score by more than 30 points for a purchase I didn’t authorize.

Buying the lift was so easy. Getting it installed is a different story. Was told installer was busy and then going on vacation. So I waited over 2 weeks. Was supposed to be installed today. Made many calls to verify that it would be installed. Finally after my last phone call at 1130 I was told it wouldn’t be installed today. Not real happy. I had to make all the calls. Scheduled work light today to make it easier for installers. Cost me money today. Let’s see if they show up on Wednesday. I’m not to optimistic

i am revising my original review this company is a joke they put in my order it was wrong when it came in late and they then told me it would cost me an extra 280 to get the correct parts not sure how you can place an order and then the same order 10 days later cost more they are not a business i will ever deal with again

Great service. Shipping took a while and did not ship to my city though I was ok with that. Missing door protectors in box though it was handled correctly by my rep when I called it in.
