Amazing prices and a huge selection

Bought a lift on the no interest plan 30 days ago. I have already made the first payment and still have no lift. Will not respond to emails or call.

At this point reading even more reviews this company is a scam not only did I dispute the CC charge iam going to find these crooks and deal with them in a way they wont forget ... I traced there line back and know the home address of the crooks they screwed up and left a gap big enough to find them Now street justice will be used..

Great lift easy instructions for set up

I first contacted Mechanic outlet back in late June to order my lift. Everything seemed to be going well and they said 1 to 2 weeks was the estimated shipping time. When week 2 had passed i contacted them and they said they were having freight issues that it would be shipped in a few days. The same process continue to occur over the next couple weeks and i still received nothing. It has now been 6 weeks and i still have not received anything. They have stopped answering my calls or voicemails since about a week ago and i can no longer get a hold of them. After seeing other similar posts i feel that indeed this is some type of scam and have contacted my credit card company and BBB. Buyers beware!

Beware buyers I have not received my product, and all communication has stopped from Mechanic Outlet. Also noticed that one of the good reviews they have is from one of their own employees. To make matters worse one of their reps uses a Google voice number which is not a good sign. They are no longer responding to calls or emails. I am going to contact the BBB and all other entities as this has gone on long enough.
