Great service

Awesome to deal with, along with great prices. A total no brainer. Buy your lifts here with little markup.

Thanks, quick response and easy to get ahold of.

Hello, a good to deal with company. We bought a 14,000lb from them, and it arrived today. Everything looks good so far. Thanks!

Great customer service, very easy to work with

They were very understanding, patient, and helpful with the many questions we had about the product. No fuss was given and we can’t wait to receive what we purchased!

This was the best experience that I had had in a long time with a purchase of this type. Kristi was able to answer my questions and never did I feel as if there was a sales pitch. Thanks again for the prompt service.

I purchased two four post lifts from Mechanic Outlet. Kristi and her staff did a great job for us in assisting with the loading onto our trailer for pickup. Also, a couple of parts were missing from the factory. They had them overnighted the next day. I highly recommend them!
