Giving our Honest Company a 3 star review because a third party finance doesn't have rates that suit you is not a good review for "Mechanic Outlet" that hurts us not helps us. Would you consider updating your review please? We do have 12 Mos 0% through Synchrony Bank if your credit score is 700+

Order was placed on 9/11 Order #20180911-1988 details Payment via Credit/Debit Card on September 11, 2018 @ 1:10 pm. Customer IP: On the 21st I was notified by email and also got a phone call very early in the morning regarding the broken button (we are 3 hours behind east coast customer) Gave him phone # to tech support due to not being in the office yet. When I got to the office I sent the protocol email to request the warranty part to be shipped out. And the part is supposed to be delivered today Sept 27th. The customer and I and the tech support person have all been in contact through out the process. All parts are mailed ground service. *** surprised to see this 1Star review ~ wish this was a perfect world without broken buttons!!
