Great customer service !!!!!

My experience was great and I will definitely be referring others to use this website

Great to deal with Kristi was awesome got everything going quick and shipped asap thanks

Purchase went well, product was back ordered but I knew that from the onset, salesman walked me through the process and after a few phone call for questions and answers on my part I have the hoist I wanted ordered and payed for, looking forward to the rest of the process.

I just recently i've purchased a 4 post 2 car storage and hired a local professional installer, there was some issues claiming that one of the ladder was bent, called bendpak in the matter of less than 24 hours a service rep showed up and fixed the problem, basic lack of proper adjustments! Very satisfied with their quick response! i'll recommend bendpak to my friends!

Grrat service

Excellent sales support from Rudy. I had some minor scratching which was immediately addressed. Great communications on the status of my order.
