Service was straight forward and without any complaints

MD save was incredibly easy to use. I just printed my voucher and provided it at the hospital before my testing. Only complaint I had was, it seemed the hospital staff was having problems logging into the MD save system and kept getting locked out. My rep went through 3 different people all of whom said they were locked out of the system and they were having problems finding someone to log in successfully. Luckily I did not have to wait since I had my printed voucher. But I feel bad for anyone who would've had to wait.

I didn’t know about MDsave until my healthcare provider gave me the option. It was a lifesaver and the price of my service outside of insurance was very reasonable. It wasn’t complicated on the website to figure out what were my options and I’m grateful for the option outside of insurance and I’m grateful for the discount!
