I have used MD Save several times and have always had an easy, smooth experience. I must say that Nicole Hoek has been absolutely stellar in assisting me throughout the whole process. She is the nicest, most helpful person I have ever dealt with in the medical community.

I went for my Cardiac Ca CT only to discover I would’ve saved $75 had I scheduled the appointment directly with Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center. I feel like I was completely scammed!!

I looked into this further, and I believe the rate you mentioned at the facility level only covers a portion of the total cost of the procedure you received, and because of that you may have been billed after the service was rendered for more related costs. MDsave works with our provider partners to bundle all of the costs of a procedure into one upfront payment, so you will not be receiving any additional bills for this procedure using our services. My experience was great because it was super easy to purchase a procedure and MD Save saves me a tremendous amount of money which is helpful when carrying a high deductible on my insurance plan.

Unsatisfied
I had no idea the procedure was not covered by insurance. The person that call sounded like a scam was not going to give her any info especially not bank info. The person I talked to was very condescending and snotty when I asked questions. They need a course in etiquette. She also never gave me to cost until I pressed for it.

Saved so much money - screw insurance
So glad we can use MDsave. We have saved thousands using vouchers rather than going through insurance. The hospital staff are also helpful pointing us here and giving us the procedure code to make it easy!
