So convenient
Seriously the most convenient service available for illness and it saves you time and money if you know what is wrong with you and don't have time for Urgent Care. I would recommend seeing a doctor in person if you a very sick and don't know what is wrong, however...

Yes!
It took a little time to receive a call (2-3 hours) but it was still way better than heading to the doctor for the simple diagnosis of Pink Eye. It saved me so much time and trouble. The doctor I spoke with was amazing. I highly recommend and love this app!

Once I was on the phone with the Dr. Lee, he quickly diagnosed and the prescription helped me get past the cold.

Waste of time and money.
It’s so unfortunate that I shared all information on the notes for my child and the appointment was still accepted only to be asked the same questions that were already answered and told that there is nothing they could do for my child. Waste of time and money. Never again will I use this service for any of my children.

Great Service
The process was easy, and the MD called me back within an hour- Very convenient and quick. I use often when I don’t have time to sit in my regular MD office for minor illness issues.
