No coverage for ER and I was running a high fever. Nowhere to turn. I called MD Live and in less than 20 minutes I had consulted with a doctor and my antibiotics called into to my nearest pharmacy! This service is an absolute godsend! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!

So easy! Open an account, enter your personal and insurance information as well as your symptoms. After a few more questions about your condition, you schedule a phone call or video call from a provider. It took less than 15 minutes from start to finish and my prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. This service was even cheaper than my office visit copay. Couldn't be any happier!

They are not cheap and they should not say the treatment is accurate. It is not. The doctor without listening to my problems of having fever , headache and chest congestion concluded I have sinus and prescribed me some general antibiotic that works for most of the infections in your body where as I have a specific respiratory infection. There is no way the patient can communicate with the doctor without paying another consultation fee. It's a scam.

I believe I was misdiagnosed with Poison Ivy. But after taking the full week of oral medication and topical cream, I still have my ringworm-like marks all over my torso and upper arms. It has even begun to spread to my back and upper legs. It doesn't itch and I believe I have some sort of bacteria/fungus/viral infection.

I have used MD Live several times. In general, I have had positive experiences. My most recent experience has me waiting for a call for over 2 hours after being originally told that worst case scenario was one hour and getting several texts saying I was about to be called by a physician who never called. I just called customer service for the third time, and they admitted they have no idea when I will get a call. New info. They said I could make an appointment for 130 AM which would be about 5 hours after my initial contact. With this kind of service, I would have been better off going to urgent care or saving the $75 and going to my PCP tomorrow. I will think twice before using this service again
