MDLive is easy to use and convenient. However, if you have a recurring appointment, like a counselor, it is annoying and unnecessary to have to fill out the form every time where they ask you the same set of questions. It is also kind of obnoxious to have multiple emails and texts about each appointment and reviews after every appointment.

MDLive was the most convenient way to get in touch with a medical professional when I needed it. I was able to enroll, schedule and pay within minutes and speak with a physician before the end of the day. It saved me hours and money. The physician was professional, thorough and efficient. I would use MDLive again and recommend it to anyone looking for an online/over the phone solution.
