Great to use and fast

The Dr visit went extremely well. When my pharmacy hadn’t received my prescription ( later that day) I tried the message button for the Dr and it wouldn’t work. I finally called MDLIVE and got the prescription filled hours later.

When I contacted Md life I was unsure of what would happen if I were I able to get assistance. I ran out of my blood pressure medication and was in between changing doctors. My concern was to fill my prescription. I also was afraid of Covid 19 which I knew I was over age and could catch the virus. I spoke with the nurses and they put me in touch with a Doctor. They were all very professional and they did assist me quickly. I was reassured an informed regards to the virus and the doctors offices and hospitals. My mind was put at ease by the time I was getting off the phone.I appreciate that I had someone to call in this instance. Thank you Md life for all the assistance.

The wait time was short and the doctor listened carefully, asked appropriate questions and was as thorough as was possible online. Unfortunately he did advise me to see someone in person as it wasn't something that could be properly diagnosed online, but I appreciated his honesty on that as well.

I had a great experience using Mdlive. Everyone was extremely helpful and it was easy to use.

6:30 pm on Friday night I knew I need a Dr and didn’t want to pay for an ER visit. Quickly set up an appt. and with 5minutes I was on the phone with a very nice Doc. Scripts ordered and bam that was it! Very positive experience.

Entire process was easy. I called in and was walked thru the whole thing in creating a profile setting up the app. The doctor came quickly. Great process saved me a lot of time!
