My local Primary Physician was on vacation, and they were telling patients to go to ER which is too expensive for my condition; so, I called MDlive. They weren't able to get a doctor on line immediately, but kept me updated. Nurse finally called and scheduled phone call later in day. I explained my condition to nurse in detail, and when doctor called I was on phone with her for 30 seconds at most. She prescribed an antibiotic for me, which is what I needed. I see my Primary Physician today (2 weeks later).I'm glad MDLive is an option for me because I live in rural area and any kind of urgent or med clinic is 35-40 miles away. The call with the doctor was extremely rushed...maybe the nurse filled her in first.

Website glitches not allowing me to confirm my appointments. Called customer service, first technician hung up on me, second technician couldn't help. Escalated to scheduling team, said I would receive a call but I never did.
