When I called the first time I spoke with Andrea, very smart, professional & caring. The second time was Juan, he too was all those things. Dr. Pemberton was also very caring & even though I was calling about something else, most doctors key in on my diagnosis that has nothing to do with why I'm calling. Dr. Pemberton didn't do this, he kept to the matter at hand & I appreciated that. Please continue to fill your ranks with people like these.
