They are efficient in the help that you need. Response time is above an A+. I highly recommend them!!!! Save the time and money if it’s something that isn’t uncontrolled or life threatening. They will let you know if it’s something they can help or if you need to go get more assistance in person. It helps urgent cares and ER’s out by having this company by not taking up another bed or time that isn’t an emergency but needs treatment and time away from really sick people who really need to be there. I will say it again highly recommend them!!!!!
