Reliable Response in a Reasonable Time Period
It is GREAT to have a resource for refills and not have to worry about a doctor's office that takes three months or more to secure an appointment and doesn't return phone calls for refill requests for more than three days. When I go through the step-by-step online process at MD Anywhere, I KNOW I am going to get a response in under 24 hours and don't have to feel panicked or make repeat phone calls just to get a refill of a prescription that I have been taking for years!
