I have used them twice for prescription refills. The process is very simple, but they are very thorough in their questioning. More thorough than a local doc would be, and I appreciate that fact. These folks are caring people and truly concerned about getting healthcare/meds to those who have fallen between the cracks, are between doctor's, or who don't want to sit in a physicians office for 2 hours. 5 stars, all the way.

The appointment was fast and easy to do! It's nice to not have to drive anywhere and then wait a long time in a waiting room to then finally see a Doctor. MD Anywhere is the way to go if you are needing a quick visit for minor issues or a refill on asthma medications. They responded quickly when I sent a message with a question and they got my prescription sent to my pharmacy right away.

Exceeded expectations. I was stuck between primary care doctors after my last one unexpectedly shut down his practice. There is a significant wait to get in to see a new PCP and I was running out of maintenance meds. It took about 5 minutes to submit all of the info to set up my account and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy in under 15 minutes. This is a high value service and helped to keep my health managed between doctors.

It was perfectly efficient. Sometimes we need complex care. Most of the time, we have more simple requirements. This is the way medical care should be.
