We are an asynchronous telemedicine platform and therefore all communication is done through our secure messaging platform with alerts sent to email and phone numbers provided. If you are a patient, please log in to the site to check for messages. At MDAnywhere, our team strives to deliver the best experience for everyone while staying compliant with state regulations and maximizing safety. We are upfront with pricing and allow the patient to cancel with NO charge if the quantity is insufficient. Quantity depends on the classification of the medication. The questions we ask are again for the safety of the patient and similar to those that would be asked by an in-person provider. Hello and thank you for your feedback. Our medical team follows strict guidelines to make sure we only complete an online visit when it's safe and appropriate to do so. There are certain medical conditions, or even medications that may increase your risk of complications and require an in-person examination. If it’s not in the patient's best interest to use MDAnywhere based on what they tell us about their health history or symptoms, we’ll advise them to see a medical provider in person. At MDAnywhere, if a patient cannot be treated, they are never charged. Please call our client support team at 1-800-632-4981 anytime between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST on Saturday and Sunday for any treatment specific questions.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. In general if a "treatment is complete" message is received it means that the treatment is done and prescriptions, if applicable, have been sent to the pharmacy. If you are a patient, there is a treatment history section where treatments are listed as well as what prescriptions have been sent. Please don't ever hesitate to message or call client support at 1(800)-632-4981 with questions. They would be happy to assist.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. To keep information private, please contact us at 1(800)-632-4981 with any questions or concerns. For clarification, when our doctors electronically send the prescription to the pharmacy, the patient's date of birth is pulled directly from the date input by the patient and cross-referenced with the government ID. It is not manually entered by the doctor.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. At MDAnywhere, if a patient cannot be treated they are NEVER charged. As a telemedicine, non-video service the MDAnywhere team and providers message patients with questions or concerns in order to treat patients safely. If there is no response, the treatment is canceled and again there is no charge. Please feel free to message or call our team at 1-800-632-4981 with any questions or concerns.

Hello and thank you for your review. At MDAnywhere, our team strives to deliver the best experience for everyone; while staying in compliance and looking out for the safety of our users. Generally, medications are refilled 3 months at a time based on the physicians judgement and should not exceed a year without the close monitoring by an in-person doctor. This is the same protocol an in-person physician would abide by. Safety is always our number one priority. Hi. In in order to keep all communications private and secure, medical information can only be communicated through the MDAnywhere website. If you are a patient, please log into your account. This is where you will see messages from the provider of when a treatment is complete. You can also message us there if you have any questions or concerns. Most visits are completed within an hour. In addition, please do not hesitate to call our team at 1-800-632-4981 anytime between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST Sunday through Saturday. We would be delighted to assist.
