McGee & Co.Reviews of mcgeeandco.com

I have placed numerous orders with Mcgee and Co. Each time I am highly satisfied. Quick shipping, packaging is amazing. And every piece is beautiful and well made and has made my home a HOME. ❤️

I've been ordering from McGee and Co. for 3 years now, furnishing our entire house. Throughout this timeframe I have placed about 10-15 orders. Even during the middle of the pandemic I found that their shipping timeframes were still consistent and was kept in the loop. Their quality is second to none and while some pieces you can find elsewhere their upholstery items are without a doubt high quality. They're made local and the craft and care that goes into the sofas is just unreal. I believe I've had only one issue with one product that was shipped and arrived damaged (these things can happen) that they quickly rectified and fixed which with their customer service continuously has me coming back. I absolutely love the vendors that they partner with and cannot rave enough about their products. A lot of recent reviews are based on shipping, but if customers would read it says when the Estimated Ship Time is (typically 5-7 business days) and then right below that it says the additional 7-10 business days right now due to a new inventory system. I've emailed Customer Service for various things in the past for product questions and never one did I not receive a response back between 1-3 business days. I'm a big fan of Studio McGee/McGee & Co. and for me the wait is always worth it.

I previously wrote a negative review on the Ansel rug after difficulty in exchanging a defective rug I purchased. I am happy to say that I have been contacted by a customer service manager, Holly at McGee & Co. who is sending me a replacement for the defective rug. I appreciate McGee & Co. for standing behind their merchandise.

I understand that the fulfillment of orders is taking a little longer than normal. Yet I must say that the beauty and authenticity of the McGee and Co. products is well worth the wait. The packaging is a perfect addition that makes every order a special and unique experience.

I made a mistake in ordering bar stools rather than counter stools (100% my fault). I expected that it would be a nightmare to fix, but I was so happily surprised to be wrong. The customer service rep (Rylie!) was extremely helpful from the start. My issue needed higher approval and she gave me a clear timeline of when I could expect to see that approval. She followed up in the same day with the next steps (much earlier than I expected). The issue was fully corrected by the next day. She was clear, quick, kind when she didn’t have to be, and she went above and beyond just correcting the issue. It was my best experience with a company’s customer service ever. I love the quality and style of all the items we already have from McGee & Co., and after this, I will definitely be a customer for life.

I get tons of compliments on this beautiful vase. It’s the centerpiece on my kitchen island. Love it.

I made many great purchases and they all arrived timely and the customer service was excellent.

Wallpaper is beautiful. Arrived in a reasonable time frame.
