I’ve generally liked the items I’ve purchased. Prices are high but good quality so it can be justified, sometimes. But shipping is….SLOW. Takes forever. I’m writing this review before I even received my order.

Hi Ashley! Thank you so much for the review! We know how frustrating it can be to wait so long for an order you are eager to receive. For items shipping out of our Fulfillment Center, we are doing everything we can to improve our processes and upgrade our technology to ensure we are providing the fastest lead times possible. We hope to make these improvements quickly and to get back on track in the coming weeks! As for items shipping directly from our vendors and manufacturers, we do whatever we can to clearly communicate lead times and any delays there. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to improve in these areas!

love the products - but service (not the people) was not so great. Super late getting products shipped. Then shipped an incorrect item. The final product came so late I forgot I ordered it! But not a CS team issue - they are just the messengers doing the best they can! I'll give it another try...but need to step up logistics!

-Frustrating that my first table came broken, but appreciated that your company responded to my complaint and replaced the table without incident or cost to me. -In ordering my Chandelier- it was frustrating that I had to return the chandelier in order to get a custom rod length (costing me $100 to ship plus ~$250 in restocking fees). It seems like a simpler solution would have been to just ship me a shorter rod.

We ordered two lamps and needed to exchange one for a smaller size. The shipping fee was $350! Not worth sending back so now I have to resell the lamp. You should really consider free shipping, especially when I spent +$1800.

Hi Anne! Thank you so much for this feedback! We can certainly see how that shipping rate was alarming. We will relay this to the appropriate teams to make changes as needed!

My order never arrived. I got in touch with you guys and sent new piece. Although everyone was nice it took soooo long to arrive. 3-4 months pasted when you said it would. I hesitate to order again from you guys. At your prices, customer service should be better.

Beautiful items, but shocked with the cost of shipping. I'm not ordering that much -- mostly linens (lightweight) and $49 for shipping!!!! Changed my mind. I can find similar items at a store and not have to pay such a high shipping price.

Hi Marci! Thank you so much for providing this feedback! We will be sure to relay this to the appropriate teams to make any changes as needed!

My order was 2 months late and the status updates were rote, zendesk, vague updates.
Response from McGee & Co.Sep 19, 2022
Hi Laura! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review! We apologize for the major delay in your order and for the lack of transparency in updates. We completely understand the frustration there and are working to improve in these areas!
