The planter looked nothing like the picture and would have cost more for me to return it. Colors advertised were aqua tones. Received a black planter. Also, shipping is exorbitant from your company. My shipping was also charged at the rate before my items were on sale and not their sales price, which is misleading. I did like the basket.

I purchased the Maisie quilt, and was unhappy about several aspects of the experience. First, in all of the photos the center of the quilt is covered up and only the wide border pattern is visible. When I received the quilt I was immediately suspicious that it was done intentionally to conceal the large center design, which has a much less appealing (I would say ugly) color palette. Because it covers the entire top surface of the bed it dominates the appearance. Returning it would have meant losing $60 for shipping costs. The second disappointment was that although the return policy on the website said that returns could be made within 30 days, when I went online the day after receiving the quilt to start the return process it said I had seven days to complete the return. In the end I kept it and used it in a guest bedroom. Lastly, it took about 6 weeks to arrive, even though when I made the purchse the website said the product was in stock.

Dear Studio Mcgee, I was surprise with the customer experience that was really bad. My pieces arrived 3 weeks after of what was expected. I tried to call you guys And nobody never answered the phone! No email saying my pieces were delay. It necessary to invest in customer services.

Website says ships in 5-7 days. I’m now on day 19 and when I inquired was told it wouldn’t ship for another 10 days! I’d like my fall wreath before fall is over.

I ordered two pillow covers. I received one as an email stated. I received weekly emails saying that McGee Co was working on it. After two months I contacted customer support and they said they would reach out to the vendor. No word since.
