Not happy with this purchase. I ordered two planter baskets. Shipping took almost two months. After a month they canceled one of the planters because they said it was out of stock. When I got the other order it wasn’t even the planter basket I ordered it was a completely different indoor basket. I’ve never had such bad service.

This was my 3rd purchase and it did not go well. Communication on all three purchases as well as shipping has always been very weak. But ! When you receive a beautiful product you tend to overlook that for a while with the hopes things improve. This time around I did not receive an item that was part of a gift even though it showed it was to arrive together and on the invoice / packaging slip. The agent who helped me was very gracious, though and kind and she did offer to resend or refund. At this point after waiting already too long with not much communication I canceled the entire order. If I would of known it was coming later it would of not been an issue but the communication has always been lacking, few and far between. Now I am out the shipping cost and a good price point for the items I wanted for a gift. Please do better. The Adar marble bookends are now back ordered until February! Bummer! I was really looking forward to them.

Horrible experience all around. Furniture arrived damaged and now I cannot get my refund until I donate it and e mail a receipt of my donation. I will have to hire someone to do this since it’s a large piece of furniture so it’s costing me money in the end. Will never order another item from you again.

Took SO long - the wait was outrageous and was not told upfront

Received a damaged mirror. Little to no communication about replacement which I still haven’t received. Replacement was only ordered after I followed up for a second time. How is this a way to treat your customer who has paid over 1k for a mirror in June?

I purchased the console side table. It is made in India for one, but the holes to screw the legs to the table don’t line up so now I have one leg that won’t work on the table or attempt to shave or drill a new hole. Shame on you for not having a product quality department before shipping things out. To pay this kind of money for furniture to put together to only be frustrated that it wasn’t produced correctly and then inconvenience customers to have to go through the time & hassle of a return. The instructions say it will only take :30 minutes to put together and after an hour trying to realize the holes don’t align I walked away. Very frustrating for the costs and time your customers go through.

Please do not buy from this company, I do NOT recommend. McGee & Co has the worst quality and lack of customer service. I received an ottoman 6 months after ordering it, and what I received Is old, bumpy and faded. I bought linen and received denim! I really hope to help you decide not to buy from this company. You will be very disappointed. And the prices are similar to Restoration Hardware.
