My order took months to get here and it was just a sample swatch.

The item was a simple clock. It got pushed back almost two months for delivery. Then when it arrived it was defected.

I am still waiting to hear back from customer service (1 week now) on how much I will be charged for return shipping of a rug that did not match the description as given on line (gold and purple and was described as taupe and blue-grey) It will not work in my home. I called to request shipping fee be waived since color-way was so different than described and was told they could not, even though I was willing to order another rug in its place. There’s a lot more to the story with rug # 2/ rug swatches I won’t go in to, but at this point I have been very disappointed with customer service at McGee and Co. I had several furniture/decor items earmarked for my family room and feel it may not be wise if an item(s) don’t work out.

Learn from my mistakes, don’t purchase from McGee & Co. Wrong sofa delivered. Had to contact company over 15 times (and continuously over 3 months) to finally be refunded when it became clear the company was unwilling/unable to give me an answer regarding a replacement. I had to file a complaint with Utah’s Consumer Protection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau in order for the company to respond to my concerns. Company offered no discount for my time spent trying to rectify the matter or their mistake. The most evasive and poor business practices I’ve experienced. Upper management is unconcerned with treating customers ethically or considerately.

My client loved the Alessia counter stool and I ordered 3 on her behalf in March 2021. They arrived late summer and one was damaged so we returned it. We waited until March 2022 (1 yr later) to receive the replacement however it was a different color than the other 2 stools. McGee and Co would not replace the stool and only provided a refund for that stool after I demanded it. Now my client has 3 stools that don't match and she is disappointed every time she sees them. I don't recommend McGee and Co. The customer service is terrible.

the first shipment I received of 2 vases came shattered. no real apology , just an explanation that to send them again it will take forever. no discount, nothing. it's been months. Still no vases. horrible customer service I never had this experience before.

I still have not received my order from last sale. Every time I emailed you check on the status I’m given a date and it still had not shipped out. Order # 401484. Chelsey Huff

Seems like everytime I order something it’s broken or I get sent the wrong item. It’s frustrating because I always have to send it back and it’s just a hassle. I haven’t been refunded for my last item that was sent wrong. You want me to fill out a Return form and drag my 5 kids to the ups store. And the item I order is out of stock and doesn’t match the set I bought. Then I get emails for weeks and months saying my couch will be delivered when I’ve had it for months. Seems like you need to figure out your behind the scenes stuff a little more. I re designed my parents house and used all of mcgee and co and the couch fabric was a performance fabric. It is piling and looks terrible. They live alone w no animals. We wrote you and no response. Just seems sad to pay 13k for a couch and hate it 6 months later.
