Happy with the product. Not that happy with the delivery. They would not leave it anywhere other than our driveway and the boxes had a few holes in them so we did not know if the product was damaged until after they left. Thankfully it was not. The nightstands are a beautiful color and substantial and we are happy with them.

We love the dresser we received! Unfortunately it arrived damaged after months of waiting for it. I’m not sure if that’s a warehouse issue or a delivery issue. Either way, the process has been mostly painless, just waiting for a replacement for our dresser which is a bummer.

Overall, I love McGee & Co! Love the products and customer service. I wish I would get a meaningful update on the status of my items as opposed to a blanket email.

Studio McGee reached out to me today to offer the Labor Day discount on my chairs. It was a very nice gesture so I am changing my review to 4 stars. The day before my chairs were delivered, Studio McGee ran a 20% off Labor Day promotion. I called a few times that day and couldn’t get through. The next day the same. Finally I emailed the helpline to explain the situation. They said there was nothing they could do because now the chairs were delivered. I had only purchased them 17 days before the sale and had spent over $5000 on the chairs. I am so disappointed they couldn’t make a price adjustment. I will not support this business again.

My experience with McGee and Co was fine and I absolutely love my brass boxes, they look so beautiful on my coffee table. There’s only one little thing… it took very very long.

I have had a great experience with McGee and Co. I ordered a few things, and although my order was not fully correct, McGee and Co. worked hard to make it right. Customer service did a great job staying in contact with me and letting me know when I could expect the rest of my order. I will definitely order again.

Rug is gorgeous but sheds a fair amount (can't complete 1 sweep with dyson stick vacuum without the cannister being full) - which has been the case for several months and many many many vacuums.

Ordered a planter pot and it came completely shattered. The box it came in was too large and had one loose piece of deflated bubble wrap. I also ordered a marble soap dish, dish towel and wooden spoon and they were just tossed in the box as well. Any other luxury boutique I’ve ordered from takes much more care & pride in packaging securely and beautifully (in my experiences). This was my first time ordering from McGee and opening the box was a let down. I gave four stars because I was refunded fairly quickly including partial shipping and am happy with the other items I received. The funny thing is I found the planter on Amazon for $10 cheaper so it worked out.
