Nothing came to illustrate how to hook the canvas on and tie it to the frame. I’m sure I don’t have it correct and it looks funny. I have not had time to make calls to figure it out.

Hi Molly! We are happy to look further into this for you if you'd like. Please email [email protected] if so, and we will get you taken care of!

All of the things at McGee & Co are beautiful but the shipping is outrageous and usually takes a long time. When they do ship the product, they use an excessive amount of packaging and often the items in the order are never shipped at the same time, thus arriving at different times. If they were more conscious of their packaging, then they wouldn’t have to charge customers so much I would assume.

Hi Camille! Thank you so much for providing us with this valuable feedback. We will be sure to pass this along to the appropriate team.

Always beautiful pieces and good customer service! My only complaint is the loooong wait before items ship out that has been happening more recently. I’ve had a few purchases within the last 1-2 months, and things are taking weeks to even ship out! Too long in my opinion, so I do hope this will be rectified soon!

Thank you so much for this feedback Erica! We are happy to hear our team has been helpful! We are implementing changes to our fulfillment center to change the shipping experience for our customers. We hope this will make it a better experience for you in the future!

i've ordered quite a bit from McGee. There are beautiful options, and I'm always pleased with the product. My only complaint is the long delay in processing times before shipping. In the case of this order, given the change in shipping systems, my order is going to be further delayed 18 days from the typical processing time. I have an issue with the typical processing times, and therefore always try to source an item elsewhere before purchasing on McGee.

Hi Tanya! Thank you so much for providing this feedback! We apologize you have been waiting so long for your product. We know how frustrating that is - especially when the items are just small decor pieces! We have been working on a process overhaul and major upgrade in technology at our Fulfillment Center, which has caused some extensive delays. We are working to ship orders out as quickly and thoughtfully as possible during this time. If you would like to cancel your order or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to email our Customer Experience Team at [email protected], and we will get you taken care of!

I'm really sad to provide a less than stellar review because I'm a big fan of McGee & Co. and have been shopping with them for years. However, I've been noticing a trend lately in my purchases where decor items seem to be shipped with defects and/or are poorly packaged and subsequently damaged during shipment. Most recently, I received a vase with a large chip and several scratches/marks. Additionally, only the one item from my order was shipped even though email confirmations indicated that I would receive all three items from my order. Thankfully, customer service has been very friendly and helpful in resolving issues like this one quickly, but I am starting to feel hesitant about making purchases in the future. As much as I love supporting the brand, I'm not sure that I want to spend time worrying about whether I'll need to take time out of my day to reach out to customer service every time I make an order :(

Shipping takes much too long to get product out the door. I am currently still waiting on pillow covers I ordered a month ago that haven’t shipped and they are in stock.

Purchased a pillow cover and unfortunately it had some defects upon arriving that unfortunately continue to bother bother me but also didn’t seem worth going through the return process. For the price point just wish the quality control had caught this one before sending.

Hi Laura! Oh, no! If you would like to email our Customer Experience Team at [email protected], we will get you taken care of and process a free return for you!

Finding items on a computer is a nice experience, but not as compatible on mobile. There’s no way to filter/sort rugs on mobile, which is kind of frustrating. Shipping for the items I purchased is taking entirely too long, I placed my order for 2 small items weeks ago, and only one of them has shipped as of a couple of days ago.
