The delivery service is unorganized and doesn’t come on day scheduled for. I had to schedule delivery a couple times.

I purchased two ottomans and a rug from this place. The ottomans were very cheaply made and a different color than pictured on the website. When I attempted to return them through McGee and Co.'s customer service contact, they informed me that I would be responsible for returning the items. Each ottoman weighed 14 pounds and came in a 20 square inch box. The cheapest shipping I could find for both packages cost me almost $200. The ottomans were a little over $200 each. Then, when the rug I purchased came in, the wrapping was ripped open and the rug was filthy. The delivery guy told me to refuse the package. Thankfully I listened because I would have been responsible for that return out of pocket as well. When I contacted customer service following the delivery refusal, I was informed that if I wanted a refund, they'd have to submit a claim and wouldn't be refunded until after the claim was processed which they estimated would take at least 5 weeks. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience! I was lied to multiple times from customer service about my item. It took over three weeks to get my item. Was supposed to be shipped out in 5-7 business days. I kept getting told it would be that day, four times & it wasn’t! It was awful. Lost a customer.

The website should have reviews and pictures from customers. The few items I have recently ordered look nothing like the pictures online. I’ve returned items and paid for initial shipping and to ship the items back.

was going to purchase Antoni expandable table however during the Labor Day sale it was not on sale like most of your other items , therefore never purchased.
