I ordered (in-stock) Christmas ornaments on Nov 17. It is Dec 8 and I haven't heard anything. These ornaments were supposed to ship within 5-7 business days. If you're not going to ship them on time, the least you can do is provide an update and have proper customer service. I inquired about my order and did not get a response. Friendly tip to McGee since apparently you've been implementing a new system: you never test a new system during your busiest period!! And the fact that you are still pushing adds to have people buy your products knowing you can't fulfill orders is bad faith commerce.

I placed my order on November 14th and still have not received it or gotten any updates. I've left voicemails (they won't answer the phone) and emails. Never received a response. I ordered Christmas ornaments and decorations, but I don't think they will be getting here in time. Definitely disappointing and I won't be ordering from them again.

It took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, the entire carpet we ordered was covered in oil stains. I tried to contact customer service but no one got back to me. Don’t recommend this at all.

Painstakingly slow. I ordered on November 17th and still no shipping details nearly three weeks later on December 7th. It’s not just a “holiday rush” thing either— I’ve ordered from them before in non-sales periods and it has always been slow. I truthfully almost didn’t even order because of previous experiences, but the sales were good. Shipping this time is exceptionally bad. How disappointing when you literally have to pay for shipping too:

Ordered two taper candle holders week of Thanksgiving. Not shipped. Still shows as “unfulfilled”. No communication—except for new ways to style more product—had to unsubscribe. What are they busy doing if they aren’t shipping hundreds of backfilled orders. Throw them in a box and send it. Perhaps you can stop pushing so hard on instagram and emails with daily styles, ads and links and just run your company. First and last time buyer. Won’t be able to use them for a party planned next week. Update: McGee and Co did ask for additional information a couple of days later. 12/12--Still not shipped, still zero response, still no product, still dissatisfied.

Borders on Fraud. This so called "McGee and Co." supposedly generates $80 million in sales and yet -- somehow do not have customer service dept. during business hours, do not answer their telephone, and do not respond to emails (other than automatically generated garbage). I thought I'd take a chance ordering from this company and it appears that I've made a huge mistake in doing so. They apparently use "other people's money" to fund their so-called growing business. Their business practices are unsavory and highly unprofessional to say the least.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order for holiday garlands. Two weeks later and they still haven't shipped. If they have, I haven't been notified. Maybe I'll get to decorate for Christmas 2023. Glad I paid $60 in shipping!!! Will never buy from this company again!

What a joke of a company. Quick to take money and then provide 0 updates on items ordered before the Thanksgiving holiday that the website said would ship immediately. I've followed up on multiple occasions with no reply, yet here they are replying back to people on this website. These people have no idea how to run a company. For the prices and the "handling" fees, I expect a much better service. This is my last time ordering from these people. Don't buy into the hype.
