Do not buy from this company. I placed 2 orders over $8,000.00 and never received the parts or a refund. They are not BBB accredited and will take your money. This is a scam company.

I placed an order with this company on 12 July 22. Parts were on back order so they agreed to cancel the order 18 July 22. I have sent 4 email in regards to a refund and all I get is “someone from accounting will contact you and process your refund. I finally got someone to answer their customer support line last week and they said my refund was being processed. Now 30 August 22 every time I call and wait on hold they hang and won’t return calls. Seems like they are a scam of a company and will be reporting to BBB if return is not processed promptly

Do not buy from them I made a very large purchase after 8 months of run around gave up and requested a refund that was never issued. These people are impossible to get ahold of and do not care to take your money with no care for getting you your order!

Negative 5 stars if possible. ZERO customer service, they don't answer phones, ever. They virtually never reply to messages. After waiting 1.5 weeks for tracking numbers, and many threats (due to the lack of responses to nice messages) cancelled order and bought elsewhere. NEVER going to use these guys again. Somewhere between scamming and fraud, not sure where the need is exactly, but that's the rating. Don't be fooled by good prices...ask other places to match and you'll find even better prices and better customer service. Hell, I already have the parts I needed from the replacement order with Summit, got a better price, and yet STILL don't have my refund from mbenzgram!!!!! Are you kidding me???

This place is a scam. They give you the run around for months saying your order is on back order and then when I finally started realizing it was bots responding to the emails, I requested a refund. Well, that was 20 days ago and they started giving me the run around about the refund too and now I’m disputing with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!

Avoid this company like the plague. Read all the other reviews also. They take your money and you cannot get it back. Apparently it is scammers.

Ordered a set of wheels since it was about 20% cheaper on their site than anywhere else - should have known that the deal was too good to be true. Waited over a week until I reached out to see if my order had shipped and was told it would ship by the end of the week. It didn’t. Should have read the reviews here and elsewhere online, this place is suspicious. I cancelled my order after the missed shipping time and went ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card. Definitely advise avoiding this place.

If there was a no star I would give it that instead of a one star!!! Horrible service because there is no service. Good luck trying to get your parts and if you cancel good luck getting your refund. Stay away at all cost good luck trying to comment on their instagram page! They will block you too.
