This place is horrible it’s been more than 4 months since I placed an order. They responded to my emails quickly but nothing but the run around. When I called customer service on hold for 18 minutes then they just hung up so I demanded a refund which they say will take 7-10 business days. I have emails saved as proof and left my order number as well

Do not buy anything from them. Their rating is lower than the one you see I’m willing to bet. They challenge every bad review they receive. They’re a bad business that won’t be around long anyway so don’t waste your money.

⚠ Warning ⚠ this is not a legitimate site. You will lose your money. This site is a scam. Do your research. They have stolen THOUSANDS!!! Do not be their next victim!!! I have been emailing and calling for months with no reply. Phone is hold music for 2:40 then blank Email is the same automated response no matter what you say. I don't think there is anybody at the other end of this website. Definitely no money or product!!!

I placed an order with them about five months ago. The product was doing the following month so I was fine with waiting. When the time came around, I asked if the product was going to be shipped out, and they said it was delayed another month. Next month rolls around, ask again, delete another month. Next month, another month, next month, another month, next month, another month. Five months delayed that they couldn’t get an accurate shipping date. Contacted the manufacture, Baja designs, they said that this company should’ve gotten their product by then. Now waiting on a refund that was supposed to be within 10 business days, still haven’t received anything.

I had the exact same problem as all of you. They do respond to Better Business Bureau complaints though. I guess they are scared of their scam ending. I lodged a complaint with the BBB, sending screenshots of runaround emails and my bank charge. Two days later I had my money back. Fudge these scamming pr*cks.

I did not get my refund from a canceled order due to the item they advertised and was not being made any more

I placed an order in the amount of $2266.20 for a set of rims and I never received them. They kept pushing back the delivery date until I got tired of it and canceled the order. Well they told me I would get back my refund and after 2 months I never received anything. I contacted my bank and they said that they do not show any attempts to refund the money. Now when I call they put the call on hold and then it cuts off. I won’t give up but I am warning everyone to beware of this company.
