They don't stock anything. They only drop ship from the manufacturer. They sell items they can't get. They continue to give ETAs that are false. When you cancel the order, they say it takes two weeks for a refund. After getting the runaround, I cancelled my order and have been waiting two weeks for a refund. I have filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charge. Do yourself a favor and avoid this person like the plague. Edit: Now they are trying to get the review removed by asking for my order details. I have added the order number, my email address, and my full name. Don't let them delete your review too.

I ordered a set of New Springs for a Mercedes Benz g550 listed as in stock, 3 months later and nothing but delays and excuses. Finally, after I canceled the order and received a cancellation email, my credit card was never refunded for another month and I had to contact my card issuer to dispute the transaction. This company is a complete scam, and hopes that you will never notice the refund not going through on your credit card after many months.

Complete scam. Ordered a set of tires on 01/19/22. $2519.00 were supposed to be in stock. Well to make a long story short here we are 9 months later no tires and no refund. I can’t imagine how this so called business is allowed to still be in business. Buyer beware you will not get your parts or a refund if you deal with this scam of a so called business. Filled a compliment with BBB. Did no good. Mbenzgram lied and said money had been refunded. I verified with visa no attempt had been made to refund.

Ordered a carb online. Cancelled due to no response on when the part would be delivered. They cancelled the order, but no refund. I've made several failed attempts through e-mail and calls to get refunded. For anyone that may dispute this, my order number is 888838254. Also, I can provide > 20 correspondences with negative results.
