This company is a scam. I ordered some $200 tail lights from them. In the website it never stated that the product was out of stock. I asked for a refund, they said 7-10 business days after 2 months now and over 20 emails, no refund. They same the same BS to me every single time that they will forward my refund request to management in accounting. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMMERS, and I suggest nobody buys from them. And I have read too many reviews on the same BS now, so I am not the only one this has happened to.

Quick e-mail response and good communication following up on a question about my order.

No problems with the order. I’m hoping my mechanic agrees that the parts are all correct. The only issue was that it took a while to get the order.

Everything was very smooth and I received my CAI sooner than expected. I haven't had a chance to install it yet, but the performance isn't their responsibility it's the manufacturers. I will definitely order from them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

terrible customer service. not sure if they are even real. placed a order, 2 weeks later checked if it was shipped. status said unfulfilled on website. so i called, no answer. i emailed and they replied they would expedite my order and email me with the tracking. a week goes by again, and nothing. i contact them again and get the same email response. awaiting third response, then i will contact my bank.

I had ordered some parts online they told me it was gonna take 3 to 4 weeks it did not show up in 3 to 4 weeks. I emailed back they said it was gonna take longer I canceled my order they told me 7 to 10 days for a refund it's been over a month and a 1/2 now. I still have not got anything from them, they say that customer service will contact me soon this has happened about 10 different times now that I emailed them saying for a faster response this place is a scam.

I ordered some carbon fiber pieces from them on Oct 8. Besides taking money, I didn’t hear from them. I tried calling customer service on Oct 21st and their phone is on an infinite loop. I emailed them to hear that it’s coming in the following week. After a few more weeks I reached out again. The response was, ‘ I apologize for the inconvenience, I will alert the warehouse to better assist you’, which didn’t happen. I reached out again with the same response. I’m now beyond a month since I ordered and still don’t have a real answer
