All cashback amount that will be earned are merchants discretion since they do the checking and review of each orders that was made online. When you use our website to check merchants websites it will automatically be recorded in your account history that you have visited this website for you to shop arround but when you already get in to the merchants website itself there are times, base on your location and browser, you will be routed directly to them without the proper use of the link that we provide and would qualify your order automatically in the system. We do have the process of submitting missing cashback claims for us to help you with this and to know that the order made qualified for cashback because this will be forwarded to the merchant for verification.
