I just started their oral TRT+ protocol a month ago during their soft launch. My mood has been great, strength has been phenomenal, and I have been more productive than ever before. The entire sign up process was easy and I was able to use my own blood tests. The support was so good that I feel spoiled whenever I reach out to other companies. If Best Buy had customer service like this, I'd be buying random electronics all the time. Do check out their discord! I didn't realize how important it was to be amongst people who are on the same journey. The only downside is that I spend a little too much time on discord now.

Dianalyn was really great. There was a billing error on Maximus side and Dianalyn took care of everything. She could not have been more helpful!

Three things make this company great. First, the product works. Second, the company is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Finally, they truly live the 'Customer First' mentality. I've had nothing but wonderful customer service.

The medication works and I saw major improvements in my energy, mood, wellbeing, and general vitality. The customer service at Maximus is top notch. They also have great community on discord where people can discuss their experiences from the medication and ask questions. Doctors from Maximus are also engaged in these discussions and answer questions. Also want to give a special shoutout to Mickler from the CSM team. He has gone above and beyond in assisting me on multiple occasions. I also see him on the community discord always assisting customers on demand with their issues. S tier customer service.

First off, I'm happy with the program. Is it the cheapest way to get meds delivered? No, there are probably cheaper mechanisms just to get medication. That said, the customer service and ongoing support is what you're paying for. I had a situation recently where due to a holiday weekend, I was close to having a lapse in my medication dosages. Maximus customer support is top notch and aggressively and proactively contacted the pharmacy, kept me in the loop and got my shipment out the door and overnighted to me. I went into the customer service ticket with a pretty high degree of pessimism because I was almost certain given the timeline they weren't going to be able to come through (as I'd expect in MOST typical customer service interactions). I was/am super pleased that was not the case and I know I can rely on them to follow through. Communication was absolutely awesome throughout as well. They've cemented me as a customer based on this alone.

First and foremost the customer service and attention from my Dr has been above and beyond what I expected. I have also started feeling positive results with the medication provided.
