If I could give 0 stars, I would. I shouldve read the reviews prior to signing up. The service will lock you into a contract and not deliver, nor will they respond to cancelation requests. This service is filled with doctors who take required medical calls in the backseat of an Uber and end up sending the wrong medications. You will not be taken seriously. And this is how the treatment starts! The company continues to withdraw payments for various items that I never ordered nor did I consent to them. They billed me for a blood test kit that I couldn’t use because their managing partner doctor was too busy to take my required call in an office, and sent me the wrong script. They don’t know what they’re doing and they will hurt someone. I caught on because I’ve been on treatment and called them out on their mistake. They admitted fault in their staff but refuse to make it right nor will the return my money. They are a complete scam!! Save your money and headache dealing with them. They will take more than what you signed up for and they will scam you. It happened to me and it will happen to you. They are here to take your money. I have proof that they are wrong, they admitted all fault but they still refuse to return my money. They have the agreements set up that requires "tests, kits, medical consultations" built into your "program" that you have to buy, regardless of where you are at in your treatment and whether you need it or not. COMPLETE SCAM!!

Rather than charging the full year upfront, we bill on a convenient monthly basis. All terms are clearly outlined during enrollment, and clients agree to these terms before starting treatment. Regarding lab work: Lab fees are separate, third-party charges and are a medically necessary component of hormone therapy treatment. Labs are required to establish baseline levels before starting treatment, followed by testing at 30 days, 90 days, and annually thereafter to ensure safe and effective care. This is standard medical protocol for TRT and hormone optimization. Clients who prefer not to use our at-home lab kits are welcome to provide results through their primary care physician or preferred lab provider.
