Horrible support team, takes days to respond to emails, once you get scammed in they refuse to cancel and refund your money, instead they offer you free membership that they won’t even follow up on. Save your self the money and time and go elsewhere.

It’s been over three weeks trying to get a plan in place. A scheduled video call was canceled without any explanation, and there’s been no follow-up. If you value your time, be cautious—this experience has been a complete waste of mine.

Absolutely terrible & unethical company. Maximus tribe continues to bill thousands of dollars after successfully cancelling months ago. Very challenging to contact them. Very rude. Their terms and services are predatory. Sign those documents at your own risk.

I'm still waiting for my labs to be posted and the company says allow up to 3 days to process labs but yet my labs have not still been processed. I have not had a positive experience with maximus. I pay alot of money for them to act like this. I will sue maximus for lying to it's customer's if they don't respond with my labs today.

My doctor assigned is great first of all. I am allergic to cypionate so needed to rotate to a different formula. He promptly ordered it as Urgent/Expedited. It has not arrived now 19 days later. Yes holidays but they brag about 2-5 day shipping in normal cases. Go to the chat support. no response. just sitting there endlessly keeping my thumb on the phone hence it resets. Endlessly claims 5 m or so. Call the support line. no answer after hold for a while.. offers chat or voicemail. We will see. Sucks to pay a monthly subscription when its not a months value. Sucks worse to have your treatment disrupted with no means to fix it ,

This company is a joke. You are not actually interacting with doctors or medical professionals. Your "doctor" will copy-paste the same introduction paragraph every single time they talk to you. "Nice to meet you, my name is Dr Jacob, a board certified physician in your state." They'll copy-paste this even if you've had a couple back and forth messages with them prior to conversation. Other customer service aspects are truly insane. They will keep handing you off to different individuals, and each person will ask you to repeat to them what the problem is, from scratch. It appears to be a fake method to get you to stop seeking help.

The lack of organization and support is apparent. You get charged hundreds of dollars with no support or service and no communication. They have no trouble charging your credit card but a lot of trouble servicing clients. Even when you try to cancel they force you to pay an extra month even though you are not getting any value from them. Poorly operated. Needs improvement.
