So far Maximus has failed to provide me any substantive update on my order. The pharmacy received my order 10 days ago. Was quoted 3-5 business days. It's been 4 days since asking for an update and they can't provide one. You'd think a company who supposedly has its own pharmacy would be able to at the very least keep you updated. Don't know if I'll continue with them if they can't provide updates or reliable shipping of medication. Edit and update: Manager stepped in and took ownership of the situation. I am pleased with the level of communication that I received once the situation was escalated. I have been assured my refills will be prompt and they did get my medication overnighted. I have updated my review to 3 stars for now and will update again should the experience continue to turn towards positive. Update 2: Maximus had what I would call a hiccup in service delivery upon starting however since then customer service has been excellent, meds have arrived on time, and even ordering a new product was quick to arrive.

Maximus has been consistent for me. I dont think i would have ever improved my health to this degree without the help of maximus.

Ordered a testosterone test. Somehow got subscribed to a monthly subscription without realizing it. Originally I had a bad experience but the customer service team reached out and got everything fixed for me. Happy to update my review and say that the support at Maximus is super helpful.
