Company has gone down hill. Garbage customer service now.
Been a patient with Maximus for over 4 years. At first, they provided excellent customer service. That's all changed. I've paid for annual subscription each year, but in the middle of this last year, the company stopped providing the medication to my state. They downgraded my prescription to lower alternative and then gave me a credit on my account for the difference. I requested for all subscriptions to be cancelled a month ago. Extremely slow responses. Days between emails and chats. Phone calls not answered. Then I received an email telling me my annual subscription would be renewing in a few days. I've been emailing and calling daily since then trying to get ahold of someone to help remedy the situation. No luck. Finally today, after waiting 90 minutes for a phone call, someone called, only to tell me that yes, the subscriptions could be cancelled but that I would lose the $800 credit on my account if I did. A credit I was given because THEY stopped providing medication that I'd paid for in advance. After arguing for 30 minutes, I finally got most of that money back. But this is NOT the company that it was a few years ago. Back then I would have given them 5 stars for everything. They were fantastic. Now, if you need anything - good luck. You're on your own.

We sincerely appreciate the four years you've been with us, and we're disappointed that your recent experience hasn't reflected the level of service you received in the past. A manager has reached out to you directly to address everything that happened with your subscription, the credit situation, and to make sure we do right by you. Please respond when you're able so we can ensure this is fully resolved.
