This system works until some problem appears and they won't be able to solve it because their customer service has a lot of bots and people who care more about closing cases than solving the problem. After a month of multiple e-mails, messages through the app, complains and talking to a "manager" the problem of delivering my meds to the wrong address was not resolved despite being almost a month without them. After posting a one star review, and multiple failed attempts to cancel the service and get a refund, someone called me and they sent the medication the next day, and offered me a refund for 3 mo and I can confirm I have received it. In summary, not the best customer support but if you leave a one star review they will do everything to change it....

Never received the shipping confirmation and customer service was slow to respond (~1 week) but this was the week of new years so it's understandable. Prescription arrived and all is as expected.

Nov 14th, I spoke with my clinician and we switched my medication 2 weeks before the ship date of my next order. Nov. 28th, they shipped the old medication anyway. I spoke with my clinician again and told him I wanted the correct medication and he told me he would put the order in immediately. Dec 3rd, 3 business days later, the support team told me that orders typically ship within 5 business days. Dec 9th, 7 business days after it was sent to the pharmacy, I was told that they would let me know when it had shipped. Dec 10th I asked for an update and got no response. Dec 11th I was told again that they would update me when it had shipped. Dec 15th I asked for an update and was told someone else would be in contact with me. That never happened. Finally, Dec 19th I got an EMAIL (still no response from support team) saying it had shipped. Dec 23rd I got notice that it had been delivered. I couldn't find it anywhere so I checked the shipping information and they shipped it to an OLD ADDRESS that I had updated a month prior when I moved. This company is a joke. And the worst part is, you're committed for a year. **Update** A manager reached out to me. They wanted to make things right and I think they have succeeded. He had my shipments expedited and assured me that he would be watching to make sure nothing goes wrong again. They have changed pharmacies and I am hopeful that will be the end of the issues with Maximus.

More accurate rating would be closer to 3.5; I think the oral rogaine has helped to somewhat curve my hair loss and add some density, but topical dutestaride doesn’t seem to be quite cutting it after 6 months (perhaps oral is needed?). To be fair I’ll give it one more 6 month iteration of use to see if results improve.

Having good results with Semorelin. Initially, I trialed enclomiphene but did not note any real improvement. So I trialed Semorelin therapy but there were a few hiccups. Maximus, however, is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. Their customer success manager, Mickler, has been involved and following to provide exceptional service. Maximus appears committed to go above and beyond to deliver. I feel confident they will do right by their customers.

The at home service works well for me where my primary care physician would not prescribe T given that I was still in the low end of the scale. Maximus sends the blood work kit to my home and results are processed quickly. The physician directory and support was spotty initially for my state of residence but now seems to be stabilizing.
