Getting a hold of your doctor is almost impossible.
Benefits of 12.5 Enclo ED - strength and muscle building went through the roof. T levels doubled in a month.
Negatives: Severe Depression, Mood Swings, Anxiety, Insomnia.
When I was starting to decline at week 4, Doctors take over 24 hrs to respond. When you’re having chest pains and thoughts of suicide, you would think they would be more inclined to help.
The only reason it is not a one star is that the blood work did show positive results and that Tasso blood collection device is the bees knees for someone that passes out getting blood drawn.

I was under the impression that I was…
I was under the impression that I was getting a TRT pill, and that I would be charged monthly. I was charged up front for several months along with getting over priced multi vitamins along with thyroid medication. I informed the "Doctor" that I never once experienced any benefits from the products.
Update 2/26/25
After I left the above review I received a call from Management, I explained my experience with customer service and they inquired how they could make this right. I explained to them that I tried to cancel and get a refund when I realized that what they were sending me is not what I was under the impression to receive, I requested that they refund me for the months that I was charged after I had called customer service and requested a refund. They refunded me a partial refund which I found to be a good compromise. I appreciated the management team working with me, I informed them I wish they would have done so at the initial contact rather than waiting till I initiated a poor review.

Hi Colton,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and for working with our team to reach a resolution. Transparency is important to us, which is why each of our treatment protocols has its own dedicated webpage with clear details about what’s included. This ensures that every patient understands what they’re signing up for before making a purchase.
In your case, you selected a quarterly subscription rather than the available monthly or annual options, which is why you were charged for multiple months upfront. Additionally, our records show that you were never prescribed thyroid medication as part of your treatment.
We’re glad we could find a fair resolution and that you appreciated our follow-up.

I've only used them for a month and…
I've only used them for a month and it's been pretty bad and quite aggravating. I've delt with a cs agent who's been great, responsive too and answering questions that my assigned Dr never answered, never acknowledged, never replied to questions about test results.
I've just today informed the silent Dr it's all because of her that I requested CS to 1st get me a new Dr and then requesting to cancel my prescription.
there's no proper monitoring going!!! (or again, just my Dr is guilty only) but I run out of my initial prescription, which was 2 weeks late, in 3 days by Mon January 13, 2025 and my Dr is ignoring me, ignoring my test results....so how am I being monitored if my Dr ignores, my prescription ends and now I'm taking nothing for TRT therapy while waiting for another refill and charges and then I'm supposed to take another $99 test????
that is not proper care, proper monitoring, and absolutely poor ethics of the assigned Dr, they should actually remove her at this point cause it was her and her alone now that made me seek a new clinic for care, proper care (I hope).
1/14/25 update...I've recently changed clinics to 1 that uses my insurance for lab tests, real blood tests and in depth results. Maximus did give me a new Dr who actually advised me to seek another clinic since I'm an "unusual case" and maximus does not specialize in what I need addressed. so that was a huge benefit of relief and honest from maximus, so they do work honestly.

Hi Matthew,
We appreciate the kind words about our support department and apologize for the experience you’ve had with your provider. The communication delays and lack of proper follow-up are not the standard of care we aim to provide, and we take full accountability for these shortcomings.
While we understand you’ve decided to cancel your subscription, we’d love the opportunity to make things right. Our Assistant Customer Success Manager has emailed you directly to discuss your concerns and work toward a resolution.

Medication arriving 17 days late, deleted posts
Medication arriving 17 days late. I asked about this on their Reddit group. My post is deleted.

Hi Andrew,
We sincerely apologize for the delay with your refill. There was a bug in the system that prevented your automatic refill from being processed on time. Our engineers have since resolved the issue.
It appears you're in touch with a member of our customer support department who applied a coupon towards your next invoice to apologize for the inconvenience.

Good product - Very Bad customer service
Good product, but their customer service is off the charts terrible. I paid for an annual membership in advance. Every month MaximusTribe canceled my membership and I would have to make multiple attempts to contact customer support to find the issue. I was always told that it was a "glitch" in their system and my membership should not have been canceled. Nonetheless, I was always out of medication for 2-3 weeks before they figured out the issue and shipped. I'm sure if I used this product consistently it would be great. But because of their poor customer service, I cant tell you if that is true or not. There are other companies out there with the same prouduct. Id try them first.

Hi Michael,
We're sorry to hear about the experience you had. We hold ourselves accountable and would like to add transparency around what happened and the steps we’ve taken to fix it.
The root of the problem was a duplicate account in Elation (the electronic health record software we use) which repeatedly flagged your account as "canceled" even though you had prepaid for an annual plan. This prevented clinicians from knowing when to write refills, as they saw the "canceled" status. Our Engineering department manually unbound the duplicate account and our support department updated the account tags and made the clinician aware, but the bug recurred intermittently. Two months of free service was offered as compensation.
We have assigned a senior member of the Customer Support team to monitor your experience behind the scenes in an effort to forecast and prevent future disruptions.
Thank you again for sharing your experience so openly. We’re committed to preventing issues like these from happening again.

This is just a ONE-month review
This is just a ONE-month review, and I will update it accordingly after each month, but for now the rating is based on a one-month review of the product and customer service. NOTE: anything not associated directly with the product will be lumped under customer service. My 1st issue was during my first month, I received a 2nd blood test kit [which are very easy to you] with no directions as to when am I suppose to submit this second test. After about a week – week and a half I called reached out to Maximus via the online chat and chatted with [a person or an A.I., I do not know] and he said I should do it now to check my new/current medication result vs. my baseline results. NOTE: this part of the experience was GREAT for both tests, I sent both test kits via FedEx pick up at 5pm on a Monday, and I had the blood test results back by Tuesday afternoon; very fast, awesome! So, lack of communication for issue #1. On to issue #2, I also asked about my 2nd shipment of EP-02 as I was at dosage pill 21/30 and he said I had to fill out the “request medication” tab on the Maximus website three week into current prescription. This creates another issue in itself, [remember, reorder when you have seven pills left…] when you reorder Maximus send you an email… ”Pharmacy to fill order 2-3 days, then 3-5 days for shipping, hummm 3 days + 5 days = 8 days, but I only have enough pills for 7 days; seems like we should be reordering at 14/30 days of medication supply. I advised them that no one told me I had to request medication each month, I said it should be an automatic refill with the subscription price [$1,500+]; that is another lack of communication for issue #2. As for issue #3, when I was chatting with them about this monthly reorder/refill concern he [assuming pronoun, sorry] mentioned that he would send a message over to the doctor to make it a 90-day supply; then you would have to go back on website and fill out survey for another prescription, which is better than monthly. So why issue #3, the refill was called in by the doctor for a 30-day supply instead of 90-day supply as I was told; not sure if this was a lack of communication by customer service, or just the doctor ignoring the request. Issue #4, I got my 2nd round of blood work results back [again, lighting FAST] but this round of testing was not as thorough as the first round of testing. In the baseline test they ran nine different tests, in the follow up [2nd test] they only ran seven tests [I bet I paid the same for each test kit though]. Now, 9-7= 2 test they didn’t do, okay that may not sound like a big number but the one test [Alanine Aminotransferase {ALT} wasn’t run the 2nd time, of the top end of 45.0 U/L my initial test was 58.0 U/L, which may indicate liver inflammation or damage; so I would have like to have seen if this medication has made that number higher, putting more stress on my liver or not. I will classify this as a product issue only because the blood tests are associated with the product testing. Lastly issue #5, not sure how to classify this last one so I will have to choose product issue due to doctor’s statement. I mentioned in a reply/comment to my assigned doctor that there is a small change in mood/attitude/wellbeing, but that I was cautious with it being the first month not to label results from medication or the “placebo” effect, only time would tell. However, as for muscle retention/building and weight loss, which is a big seller for them, I receive emails that state are you ready to lose weight [fat]? So, with muscle and fat loss there is no placebo effect, the tape measure, the mirror, and the scale don’t lie. I sent an email/portal reply to my doctor, based off my product results [which were in the positive direction] that I would like to see my prescription increase, I even offered to pay for another blood test kit to verify the new dosage rate changes. Positive results, yes the product shows positive results, which I will confirm with my primary doctor as I get blood work done every year. My Testosterone went up 467.1 ng/dl, from the 1st percentile to the 41st percentile, BUT that is still LESS than 50% of healthy men, and my Free Testosterone went up 76.5 pg/ml, from the 1st percentile to the 14th percentile, MUCH LESS than 50% of healthy men. This is why I made the suggested medication and future testing suggestions to my Maximus doctor; his comment was “that if no improvements in the next month or so, you can consider other strategies and causes for your symptoms.” So, basically, I get he is saying if I don’t progress forward, or like my results that I should look elsewhere because Maximus protocol doesn’t work for me.

Lots of smoke and mirrors here
Lots of smoke and mirrors here. Very solid marketing but there is no real personalization to the protocol or any contact with the doctor once you start. Customer service does a good job but the hair loss protocol (at least at the lower concentration) is incredibly overpriced and actually worsened during 6 months of paying $150/month.

I still haven’t received my meds
I still haven’t received my meds, they shipped them to the wrong address and then made me take another blood sample and I’m still waiting… going on 90 days and nothing, kind of hard to be impressed.

Hi James,
We're sorry to hear your experience is not going as planned.
We did not send your medication to the wrong address, but rather provided you the wrong tracking ID. We apologize for the error and have coached the CS rep you were in contact with.
We know the delay of submitting labs is frustrating, but labs are clinically necessary as patient safety is of the utmost importance to us.
In reviewing the root cause of the issue, you took a month to respond to the doctor in March to switch to Oral TRT. It's important to respond in a timely manner and return tests on time because the doctors can't prescribe without your consent and bloodwork.
The good news is that once you send back your tests and the doctor deems you're eligible, you should be good to go. Thanks for your cooperation in helping the doctors help you.
