Monthly blood work, no need to even leave the house since FedEx even picks it up. Testosterone is in MCT oil, not grapeseed or cottonseed oil. Had slightly elevated estrogen, instead of immediately suggesting an aromatase inhibitor they recommended a supplement that helps bind to estrogen and reduce it.
