Crappy product, horrible customer service. I really believe they pay people for the review. No way this is a serious company.

Update on previous review
I got in touch with MaximusTribe yesterday and most of the responses I received were vague and unclear in terms of outlining their process .
A few things you as a consumer need to know when buying a product from Maximus .
1.) you will not a receive a product right away . First you have to complete a pretty minimal intake form , then they ship you a lab kit where you are required to draw your own blood , then you send back and the doctor reviews and then hopefully your prescription is sent in and you receive the product . By the time this is all said and done you will already be being charged your 2nd month .
2. Apparently there is a no refund policy regardless of if you actually receive the product or service . This was explained to me by their customer success manager when he let me know he would only provide me with a refund if I were to take down my review from TrustPilot. He said it was a fair compromise . Or is it just plain sketchy to blackmail someone with a refund so that more consumers continue to get scammed .
3. You guys there are plenty of caring and thorough health practitioners who will provide you with the best care and product . If you are going to buy from this company read all the fine print and be prepared to be charged a lot of money to get nothing .
4. Maximus Tribe shame on you there are people trying to improve their health conditions that come to you . I may have just forfeited 400 bucks but preventing just one person from being scammed is totally worth it . Proceed with caution . I wish you all the best of luck on your health journey !

Hi Ashleigh,
In reviewing your communication with our customer success department we see that April 22nd you admitted to mistyping your email address when you signed up because the "b" on your keyboard is broken. This would explain why you didn't complete the sign up process and haven't received an order from us. You are correct that our no refund policy applies to user errors.
Please complete your intake questionnaire and blood test at your earliest convenience so we can proceed with shipping your order.

Company makes false claims horrible process
I am a new customer signed up in December have yet to receive anything when I reached out to the doctor I was told that they found out the pharmacy was out of the product so they just closed the order. They claimed it was sent to another pharmacy but that was 5 days ago. Based on the time for everything it will be at least another week before I get anything so a month of sunk costs I don’t think I will renew again just glad I only prepaid for 3 months and not the full year like I was going to do. I wasn’t going to file a review but saw someone else just had the same issue obviously this is a legit problem here

Wouldn't recommend Maximus Tribe.
I guess I'm not the only one...
I paid over $300 weeks ago. Never received a test kit (which was promised in 2-3 days from signing up).
None of the customer service options work.
Emails have been unanswered.
Chat sent days ago have still been 'unread'
The phone number provided rings multiple times, then goes to a message that's says "this mailbox is full"
What a rip off.
I've just lost $300.
Stay away from Maximus Tribe at all costs.
- Update 12-15-2023 -
Consumers should be very wary of Maximus Tribe.
Anyone reading this should look at all the problems customers have had with Maximus Tribe. From Trustpilot to the sub-reddits on Reddit, as well as doing a simple Google search.
The company flat out lies about their actions and is now lying here to cover up how horrible a company they are.
I'm glad Trustpilot.com exists to help expose the bad players in the online Healthcare business.

[Update Dec 15th, 2023]
We connected with this patient over the phone yesterday expressing our deepest regret for his experience and offered him a month of free service to show our concern.
He is attempting to extort us out of 3 months of free service by threatening additional defamation if we do not grant his request. Maximus does not condone blackmail.

Hi,
We're incredibly sorry that you had this experience with us. This is highly atypical and not becoming of the experience we strive to deliver.
The third-party vendor that supplies our blood testing kits was experiencing inventory issues that have since been resolved. They have also assigned a fulfillment team member to the backlog.
Please email [email protected] and ask for the Customer Success Manager. We care deeply about our community and would like to find a resolution you feel is fair, and leaves you feeling valued and respected.
Best,

Sketchy company with terrible support and communication
Communication with the doctor is very slow and complicated. If you message them through the website, it takes days to get a reply, which is usually another question that you have to reply to and wait more days to get a reply. They prefer for you to download some 3rd party message app in order to email the doctor which makes me feel like I’m not really talking to a doctor. The whole communication aspect is horrible and I lose trust quickly.
I’m about a month in. I have a few pills left in the bottle and haven’t noticed any difference. I’m told my next months supply was shipped several days ago but haven’t received it yet so I hope it comes in time before I run out.
Super sketchy company!!!

Dissatisfaction with Maximus Health Services and Billing Practices
I hope whoever reads this message finds it well. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Maximus Health and to share my concerns regarding their billing practices.
Recently, I had an unfortunate experience with the Tasso blood collection device that Maximus utilizes for screening purposes. When I encountered this issue, I promptly reached out to their customer support for assistance. Dr. Shawn Cole, a provider of Maximus, assured me that a replacement test kit would be dispatched within a couple of days. Additionally, I received a call from their support team on the same day, confirming that I would receive the replacement kit within a few days. This assurance was provided to me on September 14th.
To my dismay, as of September 22nd, I had neither received the replacement test kit nor received any communication indicating that a new one had been dispatched. Frustrated by this delay and concerned about the lack of follow-up, I requested a refund for the services I had paid for.
Herein lies my primary concern: I was refunded the amount I paid, with the exception of a "doctor's fee." What raises significant questions in my mind is their concept of a "doctor's fee." I was charged for a service that purportedly covered a professional assessment from the provider. However, when I inquired about the details of this professional assessment or asked for evidence of it from Dr. Shawn Cole's correspondence, Anthony, a customer support agent from Maximus was purposefully ignorant and unable to answer my question. This lack of transparency and evasion of a straightforward question is deeply troubling.
It is essential to note that I had not received any consultation or assessment from Maximus Health, as they had not even obtained the necessary lab results from me. This raises serious ethical and professional concerns regarding their billing practices. Dr. Shawn Cole, in his association with Maximus, must be aware of these practices, and it is disheartening to see his name linked to such practices.
This experience has left me with the impression that Maximus Health prioritizes financial gains over the well-being and satisfaction of its patients. It is evident that they are more interested in extracting money from their clients than in providing the promised services efficiently and ethically.
In light of these concerns, I would like to caution others to exercise caution when considering Maximus Health Services. In my opinion, it would be advisable to seek medical services from your regular primary care provider, who can offer the professionalism, transparency, and quality of care that we all deserve.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. I hope that my feedback helps shed light on the issues I encountered with Maximus Health Services and their billing practices.

Maximus Tribe is fraud.
Maximus is expensive, and usually increasing testosterone via a pill doesn't work.
However, they had a pretty good refund policy saying you had 90 days to try It, so I went for it.
After a month of using it, my testosterone only went up 100 points, from 150 to 250. Just to put things into perspective, the shots brought me up to 900 within a month.
I asked for a refund and they denied my refund and canceled my account saying "Your testosterone went up, therefore you are not qualified for a refund."
Therefore, if your testosterone goes up, even 1 point, you're not getting a refund.

You will wait 5 weeks and pay $500…
You will wait 5 weeks and pay $500 before getting anything. Everything takes weeks, week to get test for your blood one week to ship, one week for the doctor to review your test, 1 to 2 weeks for the medication to ship. They aren't afraid to take your money, be very careful with this company.
