Onboarding is straight forward, excellent response time to questions from both customer service and Dr., prescriptions delivered on time, easy labs with quick turnaround, and most importantly, the enclomiphene protocol is working as advertised. I spent over 2 years deciding on whether or not to join Maximus, I’m now 2 months in and it has been nothing but a great experience with better than expected results.

Like a well oiled machine - easy to setup, tests are quick and convenient, and everyone from the doctor to customer support have been great to work with - highly recommend.

Communicating, and fast shipping

My subscription auto-renewed for 12 months. The week after I had a blood test with results that prevented me from continuing the protocol. Though the subscription is not refundable, I contacting customer service and they refunded the full subscription with no hassle or difficulty. I stated the problem to a chat agent, it referred it to a rep, and I received a message back saying they would refund the amount. If I am able to return to the protocol, I will definitely make it my first choice.

Working with my doctor and the prescription renewal process is very easy. All in all I'm having a really good experience with this organization.
