Bad service and support. I'm a new patient and can't get a doctor to respond. Support says "wait 24 to 48 hours" but I'm two days in and not feeling great. Do yourself a favor, go to a real doctor not some online scam that just wants your money and makes it impossible to cancel or to get support.

Boring as hell

I tried the Maximus oral testosterone protocol for over six months. During the time my testosterone actually dropped to a lower reading than when I started. My bloodwork was always drawn consistently at the beginning of the day, prior to eating or medicating. I always made sure to consume at least 35 grams of fat when taking the testosterone supplements and I repeatedly made that abundantly clear in numerous emails. Communication was typically delayed and challenging with the company, many times taking several days to receive a response. When I recently notified the company that my latest testosterone levels were lower than when I started the program, the pharmacist first responded with a cut and paste response - "make sure you eat 30 grams of fat". I was experiencing internal pain and my primary care physician only suggested that it could possibly be from the testosterone medication. Rather than being concerned for my wellbeing, the pharmacist mocked my primary care physician for even suggesting such a thing. Yet, I would suggest anyone reading this research all of the possible side effects of oral testosterone on their website or more credible websites. I notified the company that I wouldn't be renewing my prescriptions numerous times, yet they went ahead and fraudulently charged my card anyway. Poor communication, a rude pharmacist, and a general sense of complete disregard and disorganization. With so many great companies out there in this space, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It felt like one giant money grab to me. Prior to starting treatment, my free testosterone was 63.4. Six months later, and after spending over $2,000 on medications, my free testosterone dropped to 45.5. In response to your responses and as I repeatedly mentioned to your team, each time I had my blood drawn I did so on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Why would my labs have declined over the period of time I was taking your supplements? The answer can’t be because I didn’t medicate for one morning. As it relates to my credit card being charged, in an email dated January 21st I made it clear I was no longer interested in your products. I further reminded you in a follow up email days later. Yet, you still went ahead and processed a credit card charge without my authorization in early February. I’d call that either an unauthorized change or a fraudulent charge. Please don’t try to twist it like I did something wrong. I’m relieved to be moving on from doing business with you and hope that by staffing up properly you will mitigate disgraceful experiences like mine.

In the first month, I received a full four doses of 5mg weekly as prescribed. However, in the second month, I was supposed to take 7.5mg weekly for four weeks, but the last dose they sent was only 5mg instead of 7.5mg. In the third month, I was supposed to take 10mg weekly for four weeks. Instead, they sent me only three doses of 10mg, and the fourth dose was just 1mg. I decided to cancel my account because I wasn’t happy with the results of the medication and was experiencing itching at the injection site. However, I contacted the company to address the issue of receiving incorrect doses, which I had already paid for. Shockingly, they tried to blame me for not taking the medication correctly! Meanwhile, my brother faced the exact same issue with them, but they resolved the problem for him because he remained a member. Initially, they even told me they didn’t have 10mg doses available and only carried 5mg doses. Thankfully, I kept the medication bottle, which clearly shows the correct dose along with the doctor’s and company’s name. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. The products work, but trying to get anything done with these folks team of customer service people is impossible. I am leaving after a year because I’m Just tired of following up into an empty abyss. An updated edit to move to 1 star: When trying to address these issues, you will receive AI answers, customer service members from overseas who will “research” your issue for weeks at a time, low availability for response time (my issues were in particular with customer service not recognizing for 2 months that I couldn’t fit into a Saturday morning zoom call on two dates that I communicated weren’t available). They did finally offer a refund, although it was another ChatGPT copy and paste email that didn’t really encompass any of the actual problems. Look through Reddit and you will see that communication and customer service plagues this company badly, and there has to be better options out there.

Maximus Tribe has given me the customer service support that other clients receive. I’m 60 years old which probably makes ability to hit my goals harder than younger clients. I have not received support from my doctor. My prescription has been changed without consultation. My requests are filled by the usual I’m sorry but you’ll hear from someone soon. I’m in the process of looking for a provider that hopefully will care about my goals.

its ok the enclo protocol helps but you soon figure out that the amount you pay VS the services you get are not that great. The discord is so heavily moderated anything slightly negative they delete and remove as well as bashing reddit yet there on it trying to gang up on other posters asking there "maximizers" to go to a post. I dislike that alot listen not everyone is going to like it just let those posts be.. censoring it feels snake oil ish... esp when u can take ur maximus at home labs to many other places like Nuimage and strut health who i have found out use the same compounding pharmacy, it may not have pregnelone but u can buy that cheap and IMHO isnt anything special UPDATE- Even in your reply your dishonest I was a Maximus customer and your enclo for me came from Absolute Pharmacy from Flordia... well guess where my enclo came from with Nuimage medical? thats right Absolute Pharmacy the exact same taste effects and even the inserts from the pharmacy all the same. Stop being dishonest just like how u do not censor discord anything even slightly against the product or maximus.. thankfully Trustpilot lets legit reviews alone... go else where save alot of money and headaches. Also Nuimage medical and Strut health will take your labs that maximus has just login and save the bloodwork as a PDF they will use it. At Strut health I was able to get 3 months of 25mg enclo with tadafil for like #137 after 50% off code.
