Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for the review. Please note that our team will make sure to inspect every pocket perfume as it is being prepared for shipping. In some rare instances, a pocket perfume will be defective from the manufacturer, if this is the case, our team will find a solution by sending a replacement. Unfortunately, we're currently out of stock for this specific fragrance. Our team made every effort to get in contact with you in regards to this matter, however, they did not get a response. Since we're currently out of stock for this fragrance nor do we have an estimated time by when we're re-stocking on it. We decided to issue a full refund back to the original form of payment. There's no need to return this item. We understand that this may not be the best outcome but please note that we tried to get in contact with you but did not a response back. Please let us know if there's anything else we could do to assist you. Kind regards, Maxaroma Customer Care Team
